Delete your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, right from the app:
- Open 50/50 and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your photos, verification selfie, profile, and preferences, and anonymizes your account. A small amount of safety data (such as abuse reports) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Report or block someone
If someone makes you uncomfortable, you can report or block them from inside a conversation:
- Open the chat with that person.
- Use the report / block controls in the chat header.
Blocking is immediate and silent. Reports go to our team, and we aim to review and act on them within 24 hours. For anything urgent or serious, email [email protected].
